Our fifth week of classes turned out to be a very short. As usual, I had no classes on Monday or Tuesday. On Wednesday, I had my usual classes: Computer Architecture and Computer Networks (lab). However, we did not have any classes on Thursday because it was Mayday. While it's not celebrated in America, it's basically an international labor day. Normally, we only have one class on Fridays: 3 hours of Computer Architecture. However, on Wednesday we talked with our Computer Architecture professor, and he agreed to move that Friday's class to Monday, May 12. This gave us a very long weekend! After some intense planning sessions, we decided on a weekend plan to visit Nice, Barcelona, and Marseilles. We would be taking overnight trains nearly every night.
