  • Dumbbell shoulder press (seated, fixed bench): 7@16kg (each side), 3-min rest, 6
  • Decline bench sit ups: 9@10kg, 9

Weight: 80.2 kg (evening)

Notes: Stretched on the last sit up, felt tightness in shoulders
